About Me

I grew up in Bristol CT and moved to the shore in 1994. I was taking yoga classes in Narragansett RI with Willi Tetelbaum who became my first spiritual teacher. I learned about yoga and meditation through Willi and she also introduced me to both Usui and Karuna Reiki’s. I was attuned in 2001 and I used Reiki in my everyday life to help me to heal myself and those around me. 

It was in 2015 I heard about Lightarian™ Reiki through a friend and it changed my life. I leveled up through this program and the healing energy channeling through was profound. One by one, over a period of years I worked with Peggy Zeramby at the Lightarian Institute to complete every course the Institute had to offer. It is all about the Ascension/Decension process of our Higher Selves.  I am now qualified to attune people to the following; Lightarian™ Reiki, Lightarian Rays™, Lightarian Clearings™, Lightarian AngelLinks™, the Ascension Bands™, and the following advanced Purification Rings™, Gateway™, AngelLink Extensions™, Lightarian Ray Extensions™ and Gaia's Grid™. Each program builds off the previous program.

These programs met me where I was on my spiritual evolution. I have grown so much from experiencing them and I am grateful that I can help you to do the same for yourself! You do not have to be on a Reiki path in order to do the Lightarian Programs. There is something for everyone on their journey.
